I've been a couple times and I'm very happy to have found it. The first time I went, I had a cold and was wearing a mask. It made communication really difficult. They misheard my order and I felt bad but they completely remade the order and were completely kind about it the whole way through. The couple times I've gone back have been much smoother and everyone has been just as kind as before. None of that really unless the food is good though, and it is! I've had bagel breakfast sandwiches and regular sandwiches. Both were very tasty!

Tasty! We got a couple of plain bagels w/ cream cheese, two sandwiches, and a bagel dog to go. All were delicious. Bagels are fluffy with a nice chew and sandwiches were fresh and well made. The staff was friendly and not in a rush. Will definitely stop by again next time we're in the area

I’m writing this as a repeat customer who has ordered the same Nova lox bagel here many times. I’ve been coming here regularly for a Nova lox bagel and it has always come out to $14.52. The same employee has rung me up many times before. In fact, he is the one who has rung me up every time, and I even have the emailed receipts showing the exact total each time. Today when I ordered the exact same thing, he told me the total was nearly $18. Since that didn’t make sense, I politely went through the math with him: the Nova lox bagel price on the menu plus the $0.80 specialty bagel charge (I always get the spinach Swiss bagel). Even adding it up in front of him, the numbers still didn’t come close to $18. I asked where the remainder was coming from, and he couldn’t give me an answer. He just kept repeating that it was “what the register says.” If one bagel comes out to $14.52, how exactly would two bagels be $18? Because the total made no sense and there was no explanation, I chose not to order and left. Later my husband went in and ordered the exact same Nova lox bagel and was charged about $12. I went to this shop to purchase some fruit. Having to change some of my eating ways.🤦🏿‍♀️so I choose fresh fruit. The bagels looked amazing but I don't know if they tasted amazing. The people were ok, they were just kind of there not rude not kind. Just there. I would go back for the fruit if I'm in the area.

I have been a loyal customer for years, and they have yet to disappoint me. Whether I get one bagel or by the dozen for my team at work. The bagels are freshly made daily. The cream cheese is just the best. My favorite one has always been the jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. They also have a variety of coffee options. I believe it is a family own business. The people are always friendly and patient. It's definitely a good place for a quick bite.
